Psilocybe cubensis Penis Envy #6 / PE6 Spore Syringe

Spores are supplied in sterile aqueous solution using 10 ml Luer-Lok syringes. One 40 mm 16ga needle is provided for each spore-filled syringe.

Psilocybe cubensis Penis Envy #6, often shortened to PE6, is a PE-family cubensis strain with a distinct hybrid background. It is a varietal hybrid of the original Penis Envy and Texas Gulf Coast strains, credited to Shroomery user and mentor RogerRabbit, who described PE6 as a cross of regular Penis Envy with the Texas strain.

PE6 does not simply duplicate the original Penis Envy. The bell-shaped cap, taller straighter stem and abundant dark purplish-brown spores give it a different morphology traits more similar to regular cubensis.

Origin: varietal hybrid of Penis Envy and Texas Gulf Coast

Cap: 30–65 mm in diameter, campanulate to broadly campanulate. The unusual bell-shaped cap does not fully expand even at maturity, giving PE6 a different visual profile from many standard cubensis strains.

Stem: 150–275 mm long, tan to buff, with a membranous partial veil leaving a persistent membranous annulus. Nearly solid in cross-section, bruising intensely blue where damaged. Unlike the original Penis Envy, PE6 generally lacks the strongly contorted, bulbous and often curved stem associated with the parent strain.

Gills: adnate, close to crowded, darkening as spores mature.

Spores: abundant, dark purplish brown in volume, subellipsoid, produced on 4-spored basidia.
