Psilocybe cubensis Tidal Wave Spore Print

Psilocybe cubensis Tidal Wave is a modern cubensis hybrid between B+ × Penis Envy. It is associated with Magic Myco / Doma and  quickly became one of the most popular modern cubensis hybrid names. The B+ side gives the strain broad cubensis gene pool, while the Penis Envy side gives it a more unusual modern-hybrid genetic combinations.

It is an unstable cross with a tendency to present mutant fruit-body expressions. Later selections from the Tidal Wave family became widely recognized in their own right, including sterile cauliflower-like Brainiac and Enigma expressions.

Habitat: bovine and equine dung, and enriched soils
Climate: subtropical
Origin: modern cubensis hybrid, B+ × Penis Envy

Spores: dark purplish brown, subellipsoid, produced on 4-spored basidia.
